User --- Individual or organization that uses this system and post/browse/use image data or motion picture data.
Archives Data --- Data which is collected though this system and conserved/preserved/released as Shinshu-degikura.
User should use this system on his/her/its responsibility. Nagano Prefecture (Nagano, in following) does not take any responsibility for the conflict with the third party by using this system.
This Terms of Service is subject to change without notice to adapt the reflection of the social condition. Please confirm the latest TOS when user uses this system.
(1)Archives Data are the copyright of Nagano except museum properties. Nagano releases these as public domain.

Anyone can use and convert Archives Data except museum properties.
* User needs follow the user guide and submits application to use Archives Data in publish matters or broadcast and so on (Not in private use).
* Poster cannot exercises author’s personal rights concerned to posting images without Nagano’s acceptance. User can use and convert Archives Data freely but should take notice to author’s personal rights.
(3) Nagano does not guarantee the reliability of user-posting information.
(1) User needs ID and Password to post. User must use his/her/its ID and password. Use of ID and Password should be on his/her/its responsibility.
(2) Nagano does not take any responsibility for the damage of the third party caused by using ID or Password by a non-user.
(3) Nagano can cancel ID without user’s comprehension, in case of serious violations.
(4) Please pay enough attention to intellectual property rights like copyrights. Please take owner’s comprehension to shoot goods, signs, houses etc. and to release via internet expects shooting these as the part of the landscape.
(5) Please take first-person’s comprehension to shoot the body to release via internet in case of the body is identifiable.
(6) Please take first-person’s comprehension in case of the posting contents have individual information like name, address etc.
(7) Refer to User Guide about image size etc.
(8) Nagano deletes posting data immediately under the following circumstances. And Nagano deletes posting data immediately when the act against above (4) (5) (6) is find out.
(a) The act against the TOS
(b) The act prevent the operation of this system
(c) The act against the statute law like law/regulation/ordinance etc.
(d) The act against public order and morality
(e) The soliciting act concerning the religion or similar act of these
(f) The campaign or advanced campaign or similar act of these
(g) The profit-oriented posting
(h) The impersonation.
(i) The defamation or the act to lose others’ confidence in society or to bring a discomfort feeling or noneconomic damage.
(j) The act to violate others’ intellectual property rights like copyrights
(k) The act to give the false or might-be-false information
(l) The act to damage server or network significantly
(m) The act to release the harmful computer virus/code/file/program etc. or to indicate the site these are released
(n) Multiple posting of the same image
(o) In addition, the act what this system administrator evaluates as being inadequate
