You need sign up to post images or motion pictures to Shinshu-degikura and put out information. Information should be on Nagano prefecture, but it does not matter whether you are resident of Nagano prefecture or not. How to sign up is as follows:
(1) Click sign up address, digikura@pref.nagano.lg.jp
(2) Input as below and send
Title : "Apply to Sign up"
Input items：Name (In case of sign up as an institution, name of institution and name of representative are required.), mailing address, phone number, email address (In case of you want to use another address instead of applying address.)
*We use your information only in Shinshu-degikura project.
(3) After sigh up, we send a completion mail with ID and password to your applying address.
Enter ID and password to the top page and please post information freely.
